In the 1920s, Eugen Lacroix who was the only German member of the „Academie Culinaire de France“ had the idea to found his own small company which would exclusively concentrate on the creation of culinary specialities at the highest level.
Only some years later has his small company developed into an international delicatessen enterprise with more than 350 employees. Nowadays the delicatessen industry is unthinkable without the successfully leading brand Lacroix.
The products range from soups over fonds right up to sauces and special culinary finesses like truffles, which again and again convinces brand-loyal regular customers.
Many years of experience combined with creativity and the passion for special creations inspired Lacroix to develop innovative products like fonds, pastries and sauces of any kind which enrich the comprehensive assortment. All Lacroix products are of course solely made of selected ingredients and at highest quality levels.
