In addition to raw materials from their own vineyards, the company uses only products by selected contractors with which there is a year-long trusting cooperation. The raw material is sorted by hand and stored as quickly as possible within 24 hours in their own modern cold storage facilities to preserve the natural taste and the original ingredients.
The workmanship is very gentle so that not only the taste but also the valuable vitamins and nutrients are not affected. A strict quality management always ensures a consistent and best quality. KOCHs is also a pioneer on the topic of “purity”, because it is the only company that offers natural hot horseradish without the addition of preservatives.

This also demonstrates the successful cooperation between KOCHs and the well-known company Löwenbräu. Under the slogan “The Wiesnhit 2013: Oktoberfest action of KOCHs and Löwebräu”, KOCHs and Löwenbräu used common display advertising, a common lottery as well as KOCHs glasses which were used in more than 20,000 Löwenbräu boxes.
